📱 Online Ordering

The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is through the NHS App. With the app, you can:

• Order medication any time, day or night – no need to call or visit the practice

• Choose or change your nominated pharmacy – ideal if you’re away from home or moving

📝 Ordering via Paper Form

If you take medication regularly, you'll receive a re-order form with your prescription. To order more:

• Tick the items you need

• Return the form to the practice

🧾 Where Your Prescription Goes

You can nominate a pharmacy of your choice. Once you've told the reception team, all future prescriptions will automatically be sent there. Please allow 5 working days for your prescription to be ready, accounting for weekends and bank holidays.

💬 Medication Reviews

All patients on repeat prescriptions need an annual medication review. If you receive an invitation, please book an appointment as soon as possible — delays in booking may affect your future prescription requests.

💊 Dispensing Service

We provide a dispensing service for patients who live more than one mile from a pharmacy, in line with NHS guidelines. If you're eligible, your medication can be dispensed directly from the practice.
