Starting 3rd April 2025, all requests for a doctor’s appointment will go through our new online triage service, Rapid Health. This helps us assess your needs quickly and direct you to the right care.

📞 By Phone (If You Need Help)
If you can’t go online, call us as usual, and our reception team will assist. Please note:
ℹ️ What Happens Next?
You’ll be offered:

A phone consultation with a doctor (usually within a few hours for urgent cases)

An in-person appointment with the most suitable Clinician (e.g., GP, nurse, physiotherapist)
📝 Other Important Information

Hospital referrals: If needed, your doctor will use Choose and Book, letting you pick your preferred hospital

Evening & Weekend Appointments: Available from 4th April 2024 (subject to availability)

Email requests: We cannot accept appointment requests by email—please use Rapid Health or call us
