EMIS are continuing to work on Patient Access but we area ware there are still problems. You may be able to retrieve your User ID or Password using the 'Forgot' tab on the sign in page, but this requires you to have provided the surgery with an email address and/or mobile phone numbers. Email addresses MUST be unique and so you can not use a shared email addresses for Patient Access purposes.
We have been advised that some patients are now able to log on to their accounts, which look different to the previous site. There are a still a number of teething issues which EMIS (the site providers) are trying to resolve.
We do not have any control over the site or it's contents.
If you still have difficulty signing in please wait until next week before visiting the surgery and re-registering for the service.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Patient Access has been upgraded and unfortunately there are a few teething issues with the service and access to the website. If the normal link to Patient Access does not load try www.patientaccess.com
EMIS are currently experiencing a higher than expected demand for the service and so if you are unable to log on please try again later.
We at the surgery are unable to assist with Online Access at the moment.
Due to difficulties in obtaining the vaccines, the surgery has decided to suspend the travel clinics for the immediate future. This position will be monitored on a monthly basis.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
The Travel Vaccination information is still being shown in the A - Z of Health Conditions as some of the information contained within this will still be useful and it is hoped that the travel clinics will recommence in the near future.
