Please note you can no longer contact the surgery using Patient Access and Emis Online services
Those patients who have previously used these platforms will need to register with the NHS App.

Those patient already using the NHS App will need to re register their details to re enable access to our new clinical system.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process to activate.
Should you need to contact the surgery and/or order medication, this can be done via following methods:
