- You’ll usually get a callback from a doctor within 1 hour for urgent concerns.
What Happens Next?
- Your request will be reviewed by our trained team.
- You’ll be offered:
- A phone consultation with a doctor (usually within an hour for urgent cases).
- An in-person appointment with the most suitable Clinician (e.g., GP, nurse, physiotherapist).
Urgent vs. Non-Urgent Requests
